Saleh doesn't get to speak with Frederic very often, but he is a truly likeable person. One day they will follow through on their promise to get together and share knowledge about their worlds and their magic.

Saleh met Rydia at the Welcome Center shortly after his arrival in Luceti. She helped him find a place to live and get settled in. He's glad to have been able to repay the favor by healing her after a mallynap. From there, they've shared various conversations throughout the year, and has stuck with her and Kain on the drafts. Overall, she's a strong friend and ally to confide in.

Saleh met Kain when he was busy being overprotective of Rydia when she was returned from her mallynap. He finds Kain to be quite the troubled soul with his Dark Side and angsty feelings. But he's certain that somehow Kain can overcome these things, and Saleh would help him with that in every way he can. At least he's glad that Rydia has been there to support Kain in ways that no one else can.

The young prince of Baron. Ceodore reminds Saleh of Ewan in a lot of ways, mostly with his talents and eagerness. Once Ceodore gets past his self-doubt issues, Saleh knows that he will become something great. Until then Saleh will be glad to be a listening ear and offer his wisdom when Ceodore is troubled.

Saleh and Jack first met when Jack tried to rob him. The two more or less became friends after Saleh saved Jack from Tyki Mikk's tease attack. As much as Saleh dislikes pirates in general, he can see the man behind this pirate. Deep down, Jack is a good man, even though he tries hard to hide it. But regardless of what Jack does or says, Saleh can see right through it. Although he is quite flustered by Jack's constant attempts to get him laid...

Saleh and Ikki first met when Ikki had been turned into a child during an experiment. Saleh is still trying to get to know Ikki, but he's a strong and honorable individual so far.

Saleh is actually curious about Yuber and his true alibi, but isn't foolish enough to actively seek him out. From the few times they've spoken, Yuber has implied that there is another reason for his violent tendencies than just the amusement of it or the hatred towards humanity. But that is something Saleh will learn in due time. That's not to say that he'll ever approve of Yuber's bloodshed, however.

Saleh finds it interesting that Donatello is not human in appearance, but still possesses the mannerisms of any biological human. He still feels guilty for not being able to help Don with his problem after the alternate memories experiment, and wants to make it up to him somehow.

Sweet; I've been waiting for it. XD I'm surprised at the nickname; I thought it'd just be "Sage," since that's how Jack usually addresses him. It's quite creative, though.

And "ho boy" on the festival anticipation. Just be warned that Saleh's not a type of character who would even touch any kind of alcoholic beverage. But the mental image is hilarious, Jack getting drunk on all the rum, and Saleh going: O.o

Yeah, I've been trying to think up nicknames. Typically I'm doing this at 2am after several glasses of wine--the kind you get in a box--so that's where those nicknames are coming from. Jack probably doesn't think of Saleh in terms of the Simon and Garfunkle song. That's all me. Heh heh heh.
